VMG Trimarans LLC ("VMG Trimarans," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through vmgtrimarans.com (the "Site"), how
we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, country, edition/model of interest,
and any message you send us. If you book a call through our scheduling tool or interact with our configurator, we may collect similar contact and preference information.Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site, including
your IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3 below).Information from third-party tools. Parts of the Site link to or embed third-party services — including a virtual tour hosted by Kuula, an online configurator, and a scheduling tool hosted
by Notion. When you use these tools, the third-party provider may separately collect information according to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies before
using embedded tools.
We do not knowingly collect payment card or financial account information through the Site; all purchases, deposits, and orders are handled off-site through direct communication and a
separate purchase agreement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our trimarans;
Schedule calls and consultations you request;
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
Understand how visitors use the Site, through analytics;
Communicate with you about your inquiry or, where you've agreed to receive it, other information about VMG Trimarans; and
Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., pages visited, time on site, general location, and referral source). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar
technologies to collect this information. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics
tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The Site may also use cookies that are necessary for the Site's hosting platform (Framer) to function correctly.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond differently
based on a detected Do Not Track signal.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Site and our business, such as our analytics provider (Google), virtual tour provider (Kuula), and scheduling provider (Notion),
each of which processes data under its own privacy terms.Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith it's necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Your Privacy Rights
California residents. Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to
know what personal information we collect about them, request deletion of that information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information,
so there is no sale to opt out of. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9.
Other jurisdictions. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We will respond to legitimate requests consistent with
applicable law.
We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request where required and may need to decline a request where an exception applies (for example, where we're required to retain information
for legal or accounting purposes).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate the Site, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or
anonymized.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information,
please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Visitors
VMG Trimarans LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where
privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes
effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
